Fees & Rebates

Our fees are $260 for a standard 50-minute session (after 6pm and on Saturdays).

You do not need a referral to see us, but you can get a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP if preferred. If you have a referral letter from your GP and a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), you are entitled to a $145.25 rebate from Medicare, which equates to a $114.75 gap fee for your session. We submit Medicare claims on your behalf once payment has been received, and after the session has been completed.

If your private health fund offers psychology rebates, we can generate tax invoices on request for you to submit.

TAC or workers compensation may cover part of the session fees. Please consult with your TAC representative, workers compensation insurer, or employer for more information.

Payment

We prefer fees paid the night before the session via direct debit. That way, our staff can settle the payment in advance, we save your time on the day of your appointment, we can process your rebate quicker, and you avoid paying a card processing fee.

Otherwise, payments can be made at the time of the session via credit card, with a 1.6% card processing fee.

Cancellation and Non-attendance Policy

The full fee of $260 (+ 1.6% surcharge for those paying via credit card) will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours before the appointment, and for non-attendance.

Please note that Medicare or private health rebates cannot be provided for late cancellations or non-attendance.
